Human Resources Manager  – Full time 

To support the Senior Leadership Team and Governors by leading and developing HR strategies across the school, including Brontë House and Moorlands.

RESPONSIBLE TO Finance & Operations Director

RESPONSIBLE FOR HR Administrators x 2

SALARY                                Depending on Skills, Qualification and Experience

HOURS OF WORK            40 hours per week, over 5 weekdays – 8 hours per day.
Option to work remotely up to one day per week during term time and two days per week non-term time.

Pathways and Progression Co-ordinator (non-teaching) – Full time from September 24

To provide general support to the Assistant Head (Sixth Form & Futures) and to play a key part in the pathways and progression of students across the school. The role involves liaison with students, parents, tutors, other departments and third‐party partners and includes some key administrative duties. The role will suit someone who has excellent communication skills, is able to think strategically and work independently and with a commitment to the well-being of students in their care.

Ashdown Lodge at Bronte House School – 17.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 4.30pm – 8.00pm) – All Year Round

Woodhouse Grove School – Mornings OR Evenings – 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day, AM shift being 5.30am – 8.30am, PM shifts being flexible between 5.30pm-10.00pm, shifts to be agreed at interview) – All Year Round

Woodhouse Grove School is a Real Living Wage employer and will be paying a minimum of £12.00 per hour, full time equivalent salary of £25,056 from 1st May 24.
