Our 25m level deck competition pool is used by both Brontë House and Grove pupils for a wide range of curricular and extra-curricular activities.
With excellent water quality, a comfortable temperature of 29 degrees and depths ranging from 9m to 1.8m, the pool provides a safe, comfortable environment for swimming lessons, whilst its width of 12.5m enables up to 6 lanes to be accommodated, providing a fantastic setting for those students who wish to compete.
The Jubilee pool also hosts a number of external groups; running swim schools and providing a training base for a local swimming club. It is an Approved Training Centre regulated by the Institute of Qualified Lifeguards and so is equipped to deliver Aquatic and Lifeguard Training courses.
