State of the art equipment facilitating outstanding education.
Following a large investment in 2014 the Design and Technology (D&T) department now enjoys fantastic workshop environments, design suites and our own computer room which compliments the host of CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) equipment.
We utilise these new technologies alongside more traditional fabrication methods in numerous projects with all years, especially GCSE and A-Level students. The department also benefits from dedicated D&T sixth form study and separate computer facilities, which promotes independent learning and maximises the opportunities for our sixth form students.
