Year 7 starting Strong at The Grove
Starting Year 7 can feel nerve-racking, especially when it comes to making new friends but at The Grove, our students have nothing to worry about.
From the start of the year, Year 7 take part in team-building activities, where students are placed into mixed groups and enjoy an adventure day designed to build confidence and friendships. It’s always a pleasure to see students from different backgrounds come together so quickly.
Later in the year, students enjoy a PGL residential, a highlight of Year 7 that consistently receives fantastic feedback. The trip helps students grow in independence, teamwork and resilience all while having fun.
Take a look at some of the moments from this year and last and see how we help our Year 7 students settle in, thrive and enjoy their journey at The Grove.
