Our Year 10s enjoyed a taste of Sixth Form life last week…

At The Grove, we see Year 10 as more than just the beginning of GCSEs.

This is a pivotal moment – a time for students to start thinking seriously about their future, both Sixth Form and beyond. That’s why we create opportunities like our Year 10 Sixth Form Experience Day. Designed to give pupils a meaningful glimpse into what lies ahead and shaped by their unique strengths and aspirations, the day provides students with the opportunity to try out new subjects and  immerse themselves in Sixth Form life. From taster lessons to tasting what the Sixth Form Cafe has to offer…they really made the most of the day!

Whether they’ve grown with us over many years, or joined The Grove at the start of the year, all our Year 10s know they are in the right place – supported, challenged and empowered to achieve their very best. More than that, they are developing the mindset, skills and character that will enable them to thrive far beyond the classroom.
