Our class of 2019 was full of shining stars. Here are just 5 of them…
Robert Mitchell
Robert stunned us with A*A*A*A*A in his A Levels plus As in his AS levels. We’re sure he’ll have the same effect on his Economics tutors at Newcastle University. Atkinson will miss their inspirational, Head of House – but we all look forward to seeing what Robert does next…
Imogen Amos
We’re sure it won’t be long until you see this face on a West End stage. Multi-award winning dancer Imo has won a coveted place at Bird College Conservatoire for Dance and Musical Theatre. Oh – and did we mention that our Deputy Head Prefect also achieved AAB in her A Levels? What a star!
Joshua Binns
Josh wowed us with his A Level results: A*A*A*A* plus an A in Finance. He wowed us again when he won Imperial College’s President’s Scholarship to read Aeronautical Engineering. And now he’s wowed us a third time – as he has also been offered the Holligrave Scholarship, again based on academic merit. But our favourite “wow” was when he played Prince Charming in the school production of Cinderella. We wonder what Imperial will think of his dance moves!
Charlotte Proctor
Head Prefect CJ smashed her A levels with A*A*A plus A* in her EPQ. Now she’s off to Leeds University to study Dental Surgery. CJ certainly made her mark at The Grove – on the netball court and on the stage, where she excelled in Musical Theatre. All the best CJ… Life is a cabaret – and we know you’ll be Wicked!
Alex Dalton
Alex joined The Grove in Year 7 and now his impressive A*A*A*A* A level results have won him a place at Peterhouse College, Cambridge, to study Natural Sciences. We’re sure he’ll make his mark at university just as he did at The Grove. Get ready for our cross-country-running-saxophone-and-clarinet-playing-top-performing-musician-Deputy-Head-Prefect Cambridge! He really is pretty special.
It’s looking like 2020 might be just as brilliant. Watch this space!
I am the very best of me, now and always.
