Tori Watson, Y13, has been awarded a place on the prestigious British Film Industry Academy Programme.

The Academy selects talented and committed young people aged 16-19 years old who wish to develop their knowledge and confidence for a career in film, aiming to train and inspire the next generation of British filmmakers. Every role within the industry is covered –  from writing and directing through to production, sound design, editing and camera.

Tori will work alongside professional directors, writers and producers, making a film for the Leeds Film Festival.

We can’t wait to see the name Tori Watson rolling in the credits some time soon.
