The whole school got involved with Safer Internet Day.
At Woodhouse Grove, PSHEE lessons were focused around this topic prompting excellent discussion and debate within the groups as to how they should use the internet more responsibly. Activities included a quiz on how easily individuals might be influenced by the online world, discussions about how people might feel pressured by online content and exploring “digital dilemma” scenarios.

Brontë House Y5 pupils led an assembly on Tuesday performing three sketches showing us how easily situations can get out of hand even between friends. The children posted videos in the school’s diary room and could add their thoughts to the questions wall.

The finale was a great rap song written by Mrs Ellershaw.
We all have a responsibility to make the internet a better and safer place.
